AI Use Statement

How AI-assisted tools support the work, and where human review and responsibility stay.

AI supports the work. It does not own the work.

I use AI-assisted tools to help with tasks such as research, planning, drafting, organising information, identifying gaps and quality review. I remain responsible for the work delivered to clients. AI is a production tool, not a substitute for human judgement, client context or approval.

Where AI may be used

Depending on the project, AI-assisted tools may help organise discovery information, research public information, draft strategy options, structure requirements, prepare website copy, create build specifications, review content or flag potential quality issues. The specific tools and providers may change as the workflow evolves.

Human review and approval

Important client-facing outputs are reviewed before they are treated as approved. Business facts, pricing, legal language, final website content and other consequential decisions require human review. Publishing a website, changing a live domain, approving pricing or authorising final launch are not delegated to AI as autonomous decisions.

Accuracy and verification

AI-generated or AI-assisted material can be incomplete or wrong. I do not treat model output as automatically factual. Claims, client information, technical details and public-facing content are checked against reliable project information before approval.

Client and personal information

Information is only shared with AI-assisted systems when there is a legitimate project purpose and the workflow allows it. Sensitive information is not placed into general-purpose AI tools without appropriate safeguards and a clear reason.

No AI performance guarantee

Using AI does not guarantee faster business growth, better search rankings, more leads, higher revenue or any other marketing outcome. The value of the service comes from how research, strategy, content, implementation and human review are combined.

Changes to this statement

AI tools and production workflows change quickly. This statement may be updated as the providers, capabilities or internal safeguards change.
