Using this website
These Terms of Use apply to your use of the Consistent Content website. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with the site, its security or other users.
Website information
The website describes Consistent Content services, process and examples of delivered work. Reasonable care is taken to keep public information accurate, but website content may change and is not a substitute for a project-specific proposal, quotation or agreement.
Project enquiries and discovery-call requests
Submitting a project enquiry does not create a purchase, contract or obligation for either party. A discovery-call request is not a confirmed appointment until Consistent Content replies and confirms it by email. An enquiry may be reviewed for fit before a next step is recommended.
Pricing and project scope
Project pricing is quoted after the scope is discussed, and depends on the agreed pages, functionality, integrations and other requirements. Deliverables, payment terms, timelines, revisions, responsibilities, cancellation terms and ownership provisions are set out in a separate written proposal, statement of work or service agreement.
No guaranteed marketing outcomes
Consistent Content may provide website strategy, local visibility foundations, content and ongoing website care. No ranking position, traffic level, number of leads, bookings, followers, reach or revenue result is guaranteed unless an express written commitment states otherwise.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Consistent Content name, website design, original website text, graphics and other original site materials are owned by or used with permission by Consistent Content and may not be copied or republished in a misleading or unauthorised way. Ownership and licensing of client project deliverables is governed by the separate project agreement, not by these website terms.
Third-party services and links
The website may link to or rely on third-party platforms, websites or service providers. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. A link or integration does not mean Consistent Content controls the third party.
Availability and changes
The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues or third-party services. Consistent Content may update the website, services or these terms from time to time.
