What Happens to the Information You Send Me

Written in plain language, covering the enquiry form, the free tools and the private client area.

What you send me

If you use the enquiry form, I receive the details you type into it: your name, email address, and anything else you choose to add, such as a phone number, business name, service of interest, budget range and your description of what you need. If you use one of the free tools on this site, I also receive the website address you asked me to look at, along with the contact details you enter to get the results.

Why I use it

I use what you send to reply to you, prepare the results you asked for, and discuss a possible project. If you become a client, the same details help me set up your account and your project workspace.

What I do not do with it

I do not sell your information, and I do not add you to unrelated marketing without your consent. The consent checkbox on the enquiry form covers being contacted about that enquiry.

Where it is stored

Enquiries, tool results and client project records are stored in the systems that run this website and its private client area, and access is limited to what is needed to reply to you and deliver the work.

Seeing or deleting your information

You can ask me at any time for a copy of what I hold about you, or ask me to delete it. Email info@consistentcontent.ca and say what you would like done. If you delete your information while a project is running, I may no longer be able to continue that work.

Cookies and this website

This website uses the storage a browser needs to keep you signed in to the private client area. It does not need an account to read the public pages.
